If we won 65% of our games the rest of the season we would go 9-7, be a potential wild card, and have the fifth winning season in franchise history. I'm down for that.

Isn't it sad when other media market writers produce better, more insightful panthers material than our own beat writers?

It's The Times, dude. Anything less would be a total embarrassment for them.

Yeah, that's not happening. So let's stop with the unrealistic hypotheticals.

Back to reality...

Never can tell, most fans were proclaiming us playoff bound before the season. Then we started off 0-2 again.

I enjoy your posts and style of posting, however I do not believe your style would have appeased in the good ole boys culture that the Panthers/Observer have.

Back to the topic:

If Rivera sticks to his word, the Panthers will suddenly become one of the league’s most dangerous teams, instead of a team that implodes in late-game situations.

Wish it would have happened earlier but Rivera is making adjustments.  We also saw adjustments with the offensive and defensive philosophy in the Vikings game.  Yes, I am getting my hopes up...because I am a fan.  Nothing wrong with that.
