I couldn't care less if he says couldn't care less or could care less....but seriously he needs to stop saying "uhhh" so much.

At least it's better than the "you know" filler, which a ton of people use, including guys on our team.  One day with a public speaking coach could fix that for them and their market value for commercials, speaking engagements, a future in broadcasting, or a similar endeavor, would be exponentially greater.  As one prof I had said, "You know" is most often used by those who don't.

Irregardless.....

I will let you guys sort the above out as I try to come up with the best sentence that doesn't end in a preposition I can think of.

Actually, in U.S. idiomatic usage, either is acceptable.  See, e.g.:

http://itre.cis.upen...ves/001182.html

This forum is the last place on Earth most posters should be correcting someone else's English usage.  The vast majority are clueless when it comes to correct spelling and grammar.  Examples: there/their/they're, then/than, your/you're, and the list goes on...endlessly.

Thanks Hooked on Phonics, autocorrect, and "prolly" subpar teachers too.

Two of my favorite examples of Huddle-speak:

  • "I'm bias"
  • "We're going to be dominate"

We had dreams just to make it up the flag pole. Just to find out that our heroes were some assholes.

Mine is "re-sign" vs "resign"

He says the same thing every week, not worth watching 17 minutes.

"Only goal is to be 3-3."

Here we go again with people critiquing the way he speaks.
