No, football is not intentionally hitting the QB after he hands the ball off.

Legal or not that was a dirty and dangerous play. Blindsiding a player and drilling him in the back when he is just standing up.

Regardless, I loved seeing low key, even tempered Jordan Gross standing up for Cam and going after Quinn.

he got hit at the same time he was handing the ball off. every panther player said it was a legit hit. It was the taunting and poo talking that got the panthers upset.

and i agree about Jordan, him and cam are good buds

As someone who has torn an ACL, that sucks.

And the rehab is worse than the injury.

Jordon Gross is good buds with every teammate he has ever had.  He is a consummate professional.

For what? Hitting Cam on an option play? That's legal FYI

No for being a dirty team that throws punches. You get what you put in.

sucks for him and them.

i still can't figure out how he hurt it, tho. all i saw was him getting tripped up on the grass. thought it would be an achilles or something from the way he tripped and fell.

He planted his leg right before Mitchell pushed him. So when he was pushed his upper body twisted forward and his leg stuck in the grass. His knee buckled and twisted.

It was a freak accident, ACLs usually happen without contact. (unless you are getting whipped around like Bob)

This isn't college.

The NFL has confirmed it's legal.

Blessings to Bradford, he's one of the classier guys in the NFL, I wish him a speedy recovery.

It does in the eyes of the League.

On gameday, that's all that matters.

I knew when he was rolling around back and forth on the ground it was a torn ACL. Sam's a good kid, his career isn't going so well. Have to wonder if this is the end of his time in St Louis... seems like he needs a fresh start somewhere else and they're probably ready to move on as well.

Feel bad for Bradford, has always seemed like a great dude, but I'm not gonna lie, when I was listening I did find it ironic after all of the taunting and cheap shots they were doing. Jenkins is still talking smack like he won the game today... Smh...

Quick and speedy recovery for Sam!
