This is my reaction to anyone saying we should trade Jstew

The Thing. Love this movie. 80's movies in general

Don't care much for JStew. Not since I saw him throw a hissy fit at the bars uptown

i hope you're right

imo not having stewie earlier on in the season is one reason why our offense struggled to find a rhythm

Personally I like the Williams/Tolbert rotation. Stewart might come in and do better, but in truth we have to many highly paid running backs.

do you think stew would've performed better behind that line than deangelo or tolbert?

yeah i think stewie is a better runner under those circumstances. he doesn't need space to get going like deangelo does, and is more powerful and harder to bring down than tolbert.  he's far better between the tackles than either of them.

Stewart is a 'be your own blocker' type. Williams is not that, and never will be.

Given the state of the Giants line right now, he might be the only blocker he'd have.

Kenjon will be DWills replacement. Also, Hillis and Cox seem to be doing alright. Not sure on the desperation.

Honestly, does anyone truly believe G-Man is going to roll the dice with D-Will past this season?

Stewart is the best of both worlds (Tolbert and Williams), and is still relatively young.

The cowboys are also looking for a replacement for Murray. They are actually in the running.

DAL also has only 2M to play with under the cap (according to nflplayers.com cap site) this year, so only Tolbert would be in play (and the best "value" of the 3).

Trading for a rb in their state would be a terrible decision.
