Big A

Panthers are elite!

Recommended Posts

After watching Monday Night Football and how these great titans of football went at it in hand to hand combat in what amounted to a defensive battle of epic proportions, the only conclusion one can draw is that Panthers must be an elite top team after they were able to beat not just one, but both defensive juggernauts that played last night! All teams are now put on notice, Panthers now have quality wins over the colossus known as Giants, the Herculean hard nose Rams, and titanic Vikings. The NFC South is now on notice and the fans are afraid, very afraid! And with Newton playing out of his mind completing throws at a rate of 4 throws a quarter, the defenses have also been put on notice. Panthers are elite, and here they come into their next heavyweight fight against the mighty Bucs led at QB by Napoleon Dynamite! When these two mighty teams meet Thursday in another battle of the elites, only one Titan of will remain, and it will be the SB favorite Panthers led by MVP front runner Cam Newton!

.......said no one EVER!

Sam Bradford didn't even play the entire game and had 70% completion percentage, 93.1 passer rating with 1TD and 1 INT in 52 plays

Tom Brady had 58% completion percentage, 47% before last second drive, 74 passer rating with 1TD and 1 INT in 84 plays.

So basically in almost half the plays as Brady, Bradford was able to put up better stats, just 14 less yards, and a much higher passer rating. Shouldn't the panthers defense have had a better showing against Bradford and 3-4 Rams than Saints defense did against Brady and 5-2 Patriots, especially with Brady having 32 more plays and a final TD drive that shouldn't have even have happened if not for multiple incorrect calls by refs! Also, Saints were playing on road in back to back road games against two top 5 opponents, while Panthers played at home against another bottom feeder?

The Panthers beat bad teams badly. Like they're supposed to.

7 points from a pick six the first 5 seconds, and then won by 8 the rest of the game without Bradford even completing the game, what a beatdown!

We won by 15 actually. Does it anger you that you have to count the pick 6 & the PAT?

Just was pointing out the offensive comparison with all the threads about how great Newton is playing you figured with Bradford not playing whole game and facing the currently #1 ranked defense, he wouldn't have put up the same number of TDs or more yards than Newton did facing Rams 24th ranked defense.

Your stats don't show that Josh Thomas' sorry ass was playing CB for us. You can time my 40 with a sundial and I think I can burn Josh Thomas.
