So the important question is, who has more fantasy value going forward?

Stewart is a free agent in most leagues.

with tolbert and newton already stealing red zone snaps from williams, and with zero touchdowns from big plays between the 20s, williams gets put on the shelf when stewart returns...if he's being used at all.

#Panthers may not need JStewart vs. Bucs, but he’ll be welcomed when he’s activated. DWilliams averaged 47 yds (3.25/carry) last 3 games.

I think most fans have no idea how lucky we've been both with williams and stewart.
Injuries happen.
Every week.
Every Sunday.

The running back position is the shortest career span in the NFL.

A big part as to why Williams and Stewart have had good careers, is cause neither one carries the load ala franchise backs.

Ya still have to pay for talent.

I doubt stewart will he anyorr prone to injury.

He could come out and get tackled at a bad angle and have another injury tgat has nothing to do with his previous problems.

I understand your vuew point, but ot amazes me that you and others are so ungrateful for the talent we have on the team.

Specially when.yall scream we don't have emough talent.

How do you split carries with dwill, Stewart, and Tolbert?

run whoever gets more than 2 yard carries or tackled in the backfield... shot fired!

This shoots red flags all over the place. Won't get it done against SF NE and MIA defenses

he's gonna either get touches to gauge his ability and game readiness

or

he's gonna get touches to showcase him for the trading block

either way he's getting touches.. I plucked him off waiver wire today just to stash in case.  Not sure if I have the balls to play him without watching at least one game though
