We didnt allow a touchdown until garbage time.

I saw Luke miss 2 tackles, but they were a few yards in the backfield and he still got enough of a hold on them to slow them down until other tacklers could make the play.

Were all good.

Luke - 245 lbs

OLineman - 300+ lbs

Anyone ever try and get around a mountain of man like Davin Joseph?

In rivera's pc he talked about the poor condition of the field and how we missed a few tackles because of players slipping (not being able to plant correctly). He said they may go with longer spikes next time they play in Tampa.

I'm also not worried about a guy who blew up Adrian Peterson all day

Pun intended

I haven't seen a more dramatic exaggeration since this Dumb immature little girl I used to bang.

Do you know how to talk football? Or are you just trying to be funny and get pie?

I made it in blatantly clear that I wasn't calling him a bust or anything.

I said that he's had two off games, not just missed tackles but blown coverage. I'm sure Luke would agree.

If you aren't going to provide any useful insight then please go play with your dick in another thread.

The field conditions looked terrible. Players slipping everywhere, i'll take an off game while leaving relatively healthy. Which can't be said about a lot of awful condition games, Ala Chris Clemons in the playoffs last year against Washington.

i remember my sister in law who lives down there talking about how much rain they had been getting recently.

i thought about that when i saw chunks of turf flying around. ground looked soft.

Your not hearing his name called as much because OTHER PLAYERS are stepping up and making plays....he's doesn't have to carry the defense anymore

winner. davis led the defense in solo tackles in that game. he diagnosed, hit the holes, and made the tackle a ton of times and it allowed luke to do clean-up work on a lot of situations he'd otherwise have had to take the lead.

i did notice him getting caught up by second-level blockers more than once, though.

No need to get your panties in a bunch I'm just laughing at how some ppl freak out......I think it's important to remember that no matter how great Luke is it's still the nfl and the other team gets paid and are professionals for a reason...if you truly understand football you'd notice all the little things Luke does like filling holes and taking on lead blockers and refusing to be moved calling the defensive plays and getting the defense lined up....his success breeds success for others which is one of the most important things in football

Yeah I thought overplayed a few times last night and overall was just okay.

That said, he's still a incredible player and we're lucky to have him. Not always gonna have 10 TFL's, 2 FF's 1 INT, 3 Sacks.... Sometimes we just have okay games. No big.

He did it last year. Why not this year. I'm not bashing him though.

Keek didn't have a good game last night and the rams game. He was stuffed pretty good by the full back last night on one play. A play that shouldn't have happened to the almighty Luke.

What about him showing a lapse in his biggest weakness? The pass over the middle to James? Completely out of place as have up a huge play.

Shitty rookie QB and undrafted rookie RB ran that on him.

And once again it was against St. Louis too.

Show me where I freaked out in my OP. I tried as hard as possible to make it absolutely clear that Im not worried or hating.

I wanted to hear some opinions on his game the last few weeks and you provided nothing. 3 pages, and you were the only one to completely misunderstand this thread.

I got you. But this is the huddle. You know, you can't talk negative or make it seem like you are. Fans will come after your throat. The only person you can do that to is Fua.
