I just hate that we didn't trade for Gordon when I first mentioned it on September 20th, before he went off. I knew he was a talent and I still know it. He just went off on a topped rank defense (and CB) in the league.  I have been shaking my head a low since he went off that following Sunday. The terror that he and Cam could bring...not to mention giving Smitty a new lease on life.

Unless Chud and the GM thinks Gordon is probably going to get suspended eventually, I really question this move.  Chud's system requires an elite TE, which Cameron may become, and a great #1 WR, which Gordon is.  Why would he want to trade those pieces, when they are 22-23? So what if they stockpile picks, haven't they seen what trading your entire draft for 1 player gets you? I'm looking at you Washington

He averages 72 yards a game including today.. That's not exactly 100+..

Weeden, Hoyer, Campbell...Jordan Cameron...Little...

Now which set will keep defenses more honest?

Even if he didn't get 100+ every week, just his very presence alone would make our offense more prolific.  Leave Smitty on an island too many times, and see what happens. Then, just when they start worrying about Smitty, Gordon flashes by.

This kid has something going on benief the scenes and he is 1 smoke away from a year vacation. His talent is worth a 1st the unknown problems is screaming a 5th round. Split the difference and go 3rd. Brandon Marshall valued a 2nd Pick. Do you think he's at Brandon Marshall level now??

I don't think you get him for a 3rd. Also he is better than Marshall because he is younger and still has not peaked. I do agree he is a big gamble and I doubt we make a move on anyone. DG seems like a guy that would rather build from the draft.

As much as I know he a good player, bringing him in mid season would not be a smart move. It would disrupt the chemistry of the team. I don't think steve smith would be happy about it and neither would the other receivers. We are finally on a roll and we don't need any kind of distraction or anything to disrupt that

This mofo just made history

Josh Gordon is the first player in NFl history with back to back 200+-yard receiving games.

Did this really need to be bumped? They aren't going to trade him. We also have a section for other NFL news.
