Bottom line is we just need to take care of us. If we win 10 games and dont get in, so be it. Keep playing good football and see what happens.

I like the Lions a lot this season. We're similar teams (not in personel/coaching) but where we're at as a franchise.
I think they can run and give the Pack a run for their money. Other than the Pack a second time, they have a breezy schedule upcoming. I think we're just as much chasing San Fran as Detroit.

win our division, nothing else matters. for the first time ever, i think, i was pulling for the cowboys. they are as disappointing if you are rooting for them or not.

Every year around this time the playoff picture starts to emerge. Then it goes completely to schit. Here's what happened last year:
Cincinnati started 3-5 then went 7-1 to finish the season and earn a wild card at 10-6.
Washington started 3-6 then finished 8-0 to secure the NFC East.
Pittsburgh started 6-3 then went 2-5 to close the season and miss the playoffs two games back at 8-8.
Giants started 6-2 then finished 3-5 to miss the playoffs with a 9-7 record.
Minnesota started 6-6 and closed the season 4-0 to secure the last wild card at 10-6.
This happens every year. If I had to guess right now, I'd say Cinci is a choker and Baltimore will emerge in the AFC. I have no idea when it comes to the NFC.

No point in worrying much about the Lions.
