Falcons decided skill players were more important that line play.

Know they're paying for it. They suck in the trenches on both sides of the ball.

 

That's it. The Falcons just are not a physical team. Hard nosed, street fighters take them to the wood shed.
 

The Panthers are one of the toughest teams defensively in the league, next to Seattle and maybe KC. The offense is starting to take on that persona as well, with tough WR blocking and tough interior running with Tolbert and Cam. I think JStews return will be huge, because he's made in that mold as well. Barner just doesn't really seem to fit right now. He's just a change of pace guy as far as I'm concerned.

Honestly we could of beaten the cardinals if not for those critical drops by smitty and lafell. 

 

I completely agree. Those drops literally took 7 to 11 points off the board. Different game if two very catchable passes are caught.

The Falcons are a prime example of a team built on skill players rather than from the trenches.  

 

I hope we demolish the crap outta em'
