This is good to hear, but I think he would've played even if he had a serious injury, provided he couldn't hurt it any worse. Still, a fully healthy CJ is better than an injured CJ.

I know how much he wants to play but it might be best to shelve him against Atlanta to save him for San Francisco.  Give him an extra week to heal.  Those nagging injuries that you could play through can end up being season ending ones if you aren't careful.

they did a decent job protecting matt ryan last time we faced them and shut CJ out. that line is much worse this year though

Hopefully we build a quick lead on Atlanta and put them away early.  That would allow us to rest him and let him ge completely healthy before we head west.
