Well, now that the trade deadline is over, we can relax (Gordon nor anyone else is coming).

i dont understand why anyone thought the Browns would possibly trade Gordon.  he is their offense, and damn good player and more than likely, they wouldnt be able to replace him with equal or better talent, and he isn't costing much money.  they made a smart move by getting rid of Richardson, for a FIRST, then idiot writers just assumed they are trading all their good players away.  They are competitive right now, at least.  What, did people think they would give their best player on offense away and take steps back with a team that is obviously improving?

You guys are just content with good enough. Shouldn't the team constantly be looking to be better? Acquiring great players help the team. Creates competition. Thats a good thing.

Apparently 31 other GMs are also 'content with good enough' too

The whole 'people don't care about winning' thing is one of the dumbest ideas that gets thrown around on here. Everybody wants to win. People just differ on the best way to do it.

Not everyone agrees that trading a high pick for a guy on the edge of a one year suspension is a solid path to victory.

In the real world, you have to make real world decisions. You can't just trade for all the best players like in Madden.

According to my NFL mobile app, Justin Blackmon has been suspended indefinitely for violating the substance abuse policy.
