They would flex a Thursday night game to Sunday night?

No, only games played on Sunday are available to be flexed.

our game against the Jets could easily get flexed since it is already a 4:05 game and could potentially have playoff implications

That is incorrect. 1 and 4pm games can be flexed into the prime time spot so long as the flexing occurs 12 days in advance. The exception to this rule is during week 17 when a game can be flexed to an 8:15 start on 6 days notice.

To answer OP's question, there is a chance and the best chance for it would be our matchups against the Saints assuming these games have division champion implications.

My God that schedule looks awful. Every single one of those games should be flexed with the exception of Denver/NE and maybe NE/Baltimore

Yep...they looked good on paper before the season started.

However, every one of those games has a good team playing a shitty team.

Panthers @ Saints 12/08

Saints @ Panthers 12/22

Both strong possibilities with division/playoff implications.

Also, don't games have the opportunity to be flexed into the 4:05 late game from an earlier kickoff?

Mind you, we haven't had a SNF game since 2008.

Yeah, San Diego-Miami got moved from early to late Week 11, mainly as a replacement for CBS losing KC-DEN

against the saints on dec 8?  maybe they would flex this game if the falcons continue their suckage.

That's the most likely option. If we beat one of or both NE and SF we will probably have that game be flexed.
