A WHOLE PIE!

In 21 games since Kuechly took over as MLB, @Panthers are 2nd in rushing D, 4th in passing D. In prior 21 games, they were 24th and 26th.

Luke has to be the only inside linebacker other teams view as a "weapon".  If you don't put somebody on him, he'll make every tackle for the game.  Unfortunately for other teams he's also incredibly smart and makes great adjustments at the line, so even when you take him out of the play he's made sure everyone else on the defense knows where the ball is going.

If I were building a defense and had the whole league to choose from, (homerism aside) Kuechly is easily the guy I'd pick to build around.

i also read he's averaging 12.5 tackles in those 21 games which seems pretty fuging high.

He's incredibly smart, humble, and a monster LB that we are so lucky to have.  He is our Peyton Manning/Joe Montana on the defense.  He makes great adjustments and has amazing football instincts and IQ.

All that and he is like an Adonis to gaze upon for the ladies.  He makes all the girls jittery because he is such a polite and gentle soul off the field. What an amazing dichotomy since he is a freaking beast on the field!

It makes we wonder if maybe we thought too highly of Beason.

I know Beason struggled with his achilles, but that was after Luke came to Carolina.

This is also why he should be DPOY. I canrt think of a player in the NFL that single handedly brings so much to the table on defense.
