Carne Asada, seasoned with salt, orange extract, lime, tecate beer. Mexican version of crack dip, Beans with chorizo and bacon, totopos, Home made Guac (Moms recipe), Bud light, tecate, Cazadores tequila on stand by as well. I'm ready for this to start man.

Breakfast.............6 eggs scrambled.............and a cup of oats with half cup of raisins and walnuts.

 

Lunch ..........chicken breast with a plate of mixed veggies and long grain brown rice.

 

Dinner.............can of tuna fish/water with a plate of mixed veggies and long grain brown rice.

 

Still eating for maximizing lean muscle mass from training over 40 years...............

My traditional meal for Panthers MNF games:

-Hot wings (sauce concocted from frank's red hot, tobassco, butter, sugar, and jack daniels)
-Fried mozzerella sticks
-Rum and coke
- Guiness for the fourth quarter

Aint fancy, but it's served me well over the years.
