To me, it did look like gronk wanted to go inside, but keek was riding him out the back of the end zone. Keek didn't realize where he was, so when gronk slowed down to stay in bounds, that's when Keek got in trouble. I think Keek did a great job of not taking gronk down with him. It was not graceful I tell ya what.

Great win, 7-3 mutherfugers.

Keek did everything right, except stop when gronk stopped. Keek ran right up his azz.

I blame Keek for giving us that Hallmark Moment in the first place. Just a freak ending of the play.

3 weeks from now when we are 9-3 and heading to NO, no one will care how we beat the Pats. Only that we did beat the Pats.

To me it looked like Keek was riding him out the back of the endzone. When gronk stopped, Keek just ran up his azz. Funny now that we've won. But funky scary at the moment.

Not sure I am willing to define Keek's career on a few odd plays. Let's let the myriad of great plays define him.

This is football, weird things happen. Sometimes you get the bounce, like we are now, and sometimes it bounces against you, like it used to do quite regularly.

I don't think it was dumb. I think it was just circumstances gone wild. Ever follow someone down a hall, and have them stop unexpectedly? You run all up over them. That is what happened to Keek. He was riding gronk out the back of the endzone and when gronk stopped, Keek ran up his azz.

Funny in retrospect. Scary at the time. Just another example of how things are going our way right now.

idk look like he bear hug the poo out of him, i have no problem with the flag being picked up just imo was a bad play by luke it only worries me because this isn't the first time, i could care less what espn or pat fans think

They called PI it should have been holding would have held up if they called holding.

Holding occurs prior to a pass being thrown. Because the contact occurred after the pass there is no holding.

Like I said, I don't think Luke was under control at the end there. He was caught unaware as gronk slows down at the back of the endzone. Keek just ran up and over him. Totally accidentally, totally funny.

I am not going to start worrying over Keek's coverage skills based on this one play. Or the goofy PI against the Bills. Not every player is perfect I guess. Cuz if Keek ain't perfect, no one is.

Kuechly could have legitimately been called for illegal contact.  You're not supposed to buffet the receiver after 5 yards down the field.  The most you can do is hand check and make a play on the ball.  By the way, I've seen plenty of defensive holding calls when the ball was in the air.

Yet the funny thing is it seems everyone is okay with Kuechly's coverage technique in that play, and yet we would all agree if Brady threw the ball in Gronk's general location, a legitimate PI penalty would have been called.  So how can we still be okay with Kuechly's coverage.  I'm missing something here.

again, as has been explained to you, the only rule that is in play once the ball is in the air is pass interference. That is the rules. illegal contact and defensive holding both go out the window. stop trying to push your "fact of the matter" nonsense on us when you aren't even familiar with the basics of what is going on. you're so focused on what kuechly was doing in that one freeze frame image espn keeps showing you that you are shutting out everyone who has provided you with reasons your "facts" are bogus.

They called PI it should have been holding would have held up if they called holding.

you cannot be called for holding if the ball is in the air so it either had to be called PI or a No call. Since the ball was uncatchable the ruling on the field was correct.

I said the same thing... people will point to this "no-call" and say the Panthers didn't deserve the win. Sure enough, on NFL AM Terrelle Davis and Co were saying it was horrible that the ref picked up the flag...

Pretty sure Luke got called for interference in the Buffalo game, and it cost us a victory... he also played in a similar fashion against Gonzalez. While it's great we won the game, Luke needs to get this ironed out, because teams will take notice and if we are lucky enough to make the playoffs it could be the difference between winning and losing.

If the ball is tipped or intercepted before it reaches the receiver there is no pass int. NFL rule. You cannot be a committee of fans and expect to be the arbiters of fairness.

sorry but I think keek is mature enough to be capable of examining his play and making improvements, win or lose, so I disagree with your premise here.

it's not like keek has been spoiled with wins and calls going his way since becoming a Panther
