Thanks, Santurdio. I'd forgot you were still on an NFL roster.

"Not to call those guys out, but their secondary is probably their weakest link on their defense," the mercurial Holmes said Thursday.

"Not to call those guys out" is basically the same thing as starting a joke out "Well, I'm not trying to be racist..but..."

"Just from a numbers perspective and guys in their position, nothing from my perspective puts those guys in [the elite] category," he said. "It's the way they're ranked throughout the NFL. It's not my perspective."

FYI:

Panthers pass defense: 5th total in NFL. 5th overall in INTs.

Jets pass defense: 24th total in NFL. 27th overall in INTs.

I think we can all agree that the F7 is the strength of the team and has helped our secondary, but they've been playing fairly well (until last Sunday) and I certainly believe that the coaches and players are getting the most out of this "no respect" card as they can. This will certainly help.

Yup. If the DBs needed anything extra this week; this will certainly do it. A washed up WR with nobody to throw him the ball talking shit.

A Panthers win basically eliminates the Jets from the playoffs.

Holmes should be the last person talking, leading that garbage receiving crew they have there.

Greg Olsen gets 60 and a td

Smith goes 80 and a td

Bfell or Teddy go over 100

So someone on the weakest WR group in the league wants to call out someone as having the weakest secondary, that's precious.

Chill out guys.

I think he was saying that Carolina's D is really good, and if he has to pick a weakness, it would be the secondary.
