It doesn't have any Panthers winning, so obviously it's garbage journalism, the writer is a moron, ESPN should burn, and the world is going to end, and whine whine whine whine.

His opinionated choices are just fine.

Are you guys blind? Watt for DPOY? On a team that was 2-14? With half the stats he had last year? No way is Belichick COY (shouldn't be top 5.) And the idiot has the Pats winning the Super Bowl. No Gronk=no chance

What 5 coaches did a better job than Belichick?

my rating

  1. Riverboat Ron = of course.
  2. Belichick = No gronk, hernadez, noobie receiving corp.  Is it Belichick coaching or Tom Brady QBing?
  3. Andy Reid = KC kind of faded late so ....
  4. Chip Kelly = um.. gj but not COY
  5. Bruce Arians = darkhorse but I think he did great job with AZ.  Cards were scary team at end of the year.

ESPN is head quartered in CT. Bound to be a disproportionate amount of New England homers.

I dont see what is so off about that article. You just seem to want the opinion piece to agree with all of your opinions.

Stinky?

Yeah, I mean the only one I think he's way off on is Watt as DPOY and even that's not a huge stretch...

We're all biased for Luke, I know I am... but I also have to realize that I literally watched every single Panthers snap this season... I can't say that for any other team, so it's not necessarily a fair comparison.

As others have said, DPOY is the only one I disagree with.  The others may not have been my exact choice but they are certainly worthy selections.  Bilichick, along with our own Riverboat Ron, is easily in the top two for COY.  I know people do not like him but you can dislike someone and still be objective.  Not being able to see the job he did this year is just blind hate.

The entire Bill Bellichik accomplished so much without any talent narrative is getting old. He has Brady. That pretty much kills the argument. He had Gronk for half a season or so. He had Wilfork for a bunch of wins at the beginning of the season. He plays in the AFC South. He had two gimmes against the NFC South. It's not like he took the Miami Hurricanes to 12-4 in the NFL. He has plenty of talent to win and an established program.
