Scrap the Offensive Play book

132 posts in this topic

The Panthers should get rid of every ay they ran this year and can it. Install every pl way that worked against the Eagles all year and we will storm through them. Our play book isn't playoffs compliant so out with the old and in with the new.

If I facepalmed any harder I'd never again see anything but the lines between my fingers.

I think we have run a lot of BS plays just to have on film, hopefully we won't be using them...

No. It was Bill Muir.

But playbook was conservative while relying on a stout Defense.

Our offense has become pretty predictable but I'm not sure there's much we can do about it at this point.

I refuse to feed you. If there's anything useful for you to add then we can go back and for yh. I guess you think the playbook I is the golden scroll.

Well I can't blame all of the Offensive woes on shula because cam has misfired almost once or twice of every series and lafell will drop his heart if it was thrown to him to save his life. So shula isn't all the blame but his . timing is the worst sometimes especially when we get down early.

I believe we will see more of what we saw last week with newton taking more shots deep down the middle of the field (run n gun style), I also believe we will see Newton take off more on 1st and 2nd down to open up the deep passing game.  I believe we saw new plays last week and we will more big plays in the playoffs than we did on an average regular season game.  Ron is smart..smart young man he is and I have taken notice.  He is the type to keep his joker cards hidden as long as possible....but thats just from my observations due to his massive change in character calls this year.
