I generally agree but if say Thailand had the capability to attack Italy they probably wouldn't because they don't have that World Policeman mindset. WWII and the Cold War helped stabilize most of the western world but the amount of protracted bush wars fought in many cases by proxy had to have increased - these wars were smaller but much longer and in many cases nastier.


Its really impossible to say for certain what Thailand would do if they had the capability to invade Italy. But when Italy has had the power to invade other nations outside of there immediate sphere of influence, they have certainly done it.
