I really hope that A.J. is doing well in his Public Speaking degree, so he can support his beautiful GF instead of flipping burgers in the very near future.

How he spoke didn't really bother me but I get tired of athletes bringing up God. Not that I don't love God but I am sure he doesn't care which team wins a football game because he has a lot more to take care of.

I wasnt harmed a bit with his language. I speak like that sometimes at home. Hell, I even write like that on here most of the time.

But, yea I agree with you on the God part. I've had enough of it. Damn Te bow.

The only thing that bother me was that he's almost Warren Sapp goofy-like. I've never really seen the kid talk before until seeing a youtube vid of the guy and was like WTF. Then, again last night.

He's a 19 year old kid who just won a heisman and the national championship. I can see him being nervous of the attention. Maybe if McCarron could read plays better in english he could have seen the rush coming all night vs OU and been able to do something.

Agreed with Falcons above...people judge post game interviews far too harshly. I speak quite well (I believe), but throw a microphone in my face, after the biggest game of my life, on national TV, with loud noises around me? Umm, yeah...chances are I won't come across too well and stumble all over myself worse than the majority of these kids.

He sounded fine in the interview to me. I don't expect an athlete to speak like a college professor though. Maybe that is what others are expecting.
