Good, yes. Great, no!

Drafting players and working the caps, excellent!

But, he success of this season should all go to Ron Rivera. He's the main reason why we won 12 games and are Division Champs. Rivera was able to play with what was given, and what Gman gave Rivera was very, very "little": Ginn, Hixon, Wharton, Mitchell, and Florence.

The loss yesterday directly points to Gettleman and his unwillingness to bring in a legitimate receiver for Cam.

i kind of agree with this.  rivera has gotten this team to overacheive, but gettleman made some sweet moves to improve our secondary with mikell too

We still need to look into how much dead money we are taking with us into this off-season. I thought I remember reading that we had quite a few million in dead money that we have to subtract from our total cap space to get the real number of cap space we can use this off-season for signings and what not.  I've seen so many different numbers in regards to what we have for cap space that I am not quite sure what to believe or think.

yeah i don't know how reputable this site is:

http://nfltraderumors.co/nfl-cap-space-1/

this was back in december.  i notice all those teams are eliminated and may have already cleared some space?

from the comments:

This is based on the list from the NFL on what space remained for this season, once the season is over this will change, the Giants for one are projected to have 16 million in space next season while the cowboys will be something like 30 million over the limit

Yea, I dont really know. I dont think Oakland is that low with only "$2,624,069" tho. It was said that the Raiders are supposed to have around 60 mil. It doesnt look correct.

1st year.  NFCS Champs.  Playoffs.  1st Round Bye.  I mean all is not placed on him, between him and the coaches this was a good year and a sign of things to come.  Think of all the injuries we had to a decent OL, think about how well this OL played and we didn't have 2 or 3 starters go down within the first 5 weeks how well they could of meshed.  KEEP POUNDING!
