Pizzolatto said it wasn't said in sentiment but in physics.

Trying to avoid all TD articles etc for spoilers but I had to comment about the scene I just watched last night. Episode 4 at the end with the drug dealers was fuging awesome, it was like I was in the middle of all the chaos. Amazing

I binge watched this the other day on hbo go.....holy crap this was a great show. It wasn't action packed, it was story/character driven and they succeeded very well at what they set out to achieve. I hope the next series, if there is one is just as good, if not better than this one. I agree on the finale,

Holy fuging poo...

I just did what Hugor Hill did and watched all 8 episodes in like two days.

What an awesome series.

Brilliant directing and acting.

Loved it.

Someone already said this I think here, but this series is ripe for a re-watch... I bet there's a ton of poo you miss on the first go 'round.

poo like this is why I've been avoiding watching shows that are so highly recommended... once I start, I can't freaking stop watching.

I've yet to even start Breaking Bad because I know I'll do the same and it's a hell of a lot more than 8 one hour episodes.

yes rewatching is GOLD. I convinced my girlfriend to finally watch it, only two episodes in and I missed so many things the first time around. This show is so incredibly well written, it's almost like every piece of dialogue contributes to or hints at a larger theme of the show.

Not true.  Without hitting a major blood vessel/artery or major organs (not a ton down there from the front) you have a pretty good chance of survival if someone is there to help you stop the bleeding.

Infection, from the intestines, would be your big killer there, but it would take time to set in.

Oh, and BTW, I just finished it as well.

Hate to say it, but was hoping that they could injure him and let Rust "interview" him later and nail the other Tuttle if he was in on it.

Either way, best TV show I think I have ever watched.

Has there ever been a shorter, yet more compelling TV series you can think of?

Best I've seen since "The Sopranos" and "Brotherhood."

Anyone here ever watch Brotherhood on Showtime? About the Irish brothers in Providence RI, one's a Irish mob guy and his brother is a city councilman...? Great show and got canned when no one watched it. Was dropped in the middle of a season and left everything hanging.

I was ever so slightly disappointed with the very end but still a great show.
