I thought that hit was legal. I don't view that as targeting. This, however,...

I didn't either thought it was an awesome hit

Jean-Baptiste is a guy I'm a huge fan of. I don't know if he'll end up being there in the 3rd like I had hoped. If we were going to go for him, it might have to be at the end of the 2nd.

Though, if it were, I'd be okay with it. SJ-B would immediately be the number 1 corner on the team, and a guy physical enough and big enough to match up with jimmy graham.

OT in the 3rd, Abbredaris is the 4th, Sunseri in the 5th.

Just made a mess in my britches.

Is Vinne Sunseri related to our old DL coach Sal Sunseri?

Now if only they could fix their god awful site. It's slow at home, on my tablet, and my phone. Don't even get me started on the Android app.

Well, I thought of Cruz.

fair enough, but i scrolled down and every comparison was to another white player. I'm sure he doesn't want to be compared to just the white wrs

Why is he only being compared to white WRs?

Because he's white, and that's reality.

If JA falls to the 3rd, I'll be all over him if I was DG. Heck even in the 2nd depending on who we picked in the 1st and who's available.

i thought that was a fine article. exactly the sort of thing that shows the potential of some of the new, less reputable sites. solid reporting and exactly the kind of thing panthers fans want to read about at this time of year. thanks for posting it

I haven't seen him play, but his smallish frame and injuries are a concern. He needs to beef up a little bit.

My 15-year-old son is 6'2"-ish and weighs around 220.

Holy cow! 6 2 220? Is he playing football?

I really think Jared Abbrederis will still be available in the mid rounds for several reasons.

*Injury history. While i don't think it's anything to be scared about, it will undoubtedly scare some gm's away. He's even pulled out of the senior bowl because of injury.
*Also the amount of wr's coming out. Nearly 20 underclassmen, not to mention the seniors

If we could go

1. Wr
2. Ot
3. Cb

And still get him in the 4th or 5th it'd be a coup. I would literally pass out from unbridled joy

So just wanted to throw it out there that I had the pleasure of meeting Jared and his Gf when they came into my store to get setup with their first ever smartphones (iPhone). I asked him a lot about playing in the NFL. He was in California to begin training for the combine and senior bowl. I told him I was a Panther fan and hopes he gets picked up by us and can catch passes from Cam.

Nah, he's into B-ball more, but perhaps in the coming year.  He has this thing about becoming a rapper...

Just watched some videos on that Abbrederis guy. He's smallish but he's very good at using his head and hips to misdirect DBs. Would love to get him with a mid round pick if possible (as our second WR of the draft).
