Looks like we're going to get one of those weird coastal snow storms...

I've seen models that show as little as 2" here and as much as 12" and more...

Could get interesting around here for the next few days...

Nothing here in Winston, we need the rain/snow to come up from Atlanta way to get anything, always too dry here when something is coming.

This is going to screw my gym schedule all up, I moved down here to get away from that mess.

I look forward to batteling all the ILM drivers in icy conditions when being forced to drive to work.

That's the worst part... people here think that if you have a 4x4 everything is fine... they forget that while a 4x4 can go, it can't stop.  Happens every time...

I always think it's funny looking at wilmington/raleigh's weather forecast maps compared to charlotte's.

Charlotte forecasters are putting the 2-4"+ line of demarcation much closer to charlotte and minimizing the upper end of what's possible along the coast.

Eastern NC forecasters are pumping up accumulations along the coast and mostly leaving charlotte out of the party.

My prediction?  Rain.

If new bern sniffs 12" of snow, I will change my username to Mrs. Nesbitt.
