Not sure I agree with you on this one.

RG3 is basically a track athlete playing football. Bridgewater is a legitimate football player. He might be a relatively small one, but I see him being better equipped to take a pounding than RG3.

They are the same height & Teddy is 10-15 lbs lighter.

Dude is small. He better hope he has a good line. He won't be able to absorb big hits.

I never liked RG3 coming out

Bridgewater is miles ahead of RG3 coming out

1. Quick release

2. Can read the entire field

3. Elite pocket presence

4. Elite accuracy (throws with anticipation and timing)

5. Great pre snap reader

He shits on RG3

What does any of that have to do with Teddy being the size of a punter?

I never said anything about his skill set or abilities.

Bridgewater is basically the same size as Aaron Rodgers, and much bigger than Drew Brees, and the reigning superbowl winning qb

cant wait for the 40 yard dash...

RG3 has only missed 1 game in his career due to injury, its funny how every talks trash about RG3 but when i look at the career stats, RG3 has 42 total td's and only 17 interception with a career 92 qb rating, a career 62% completion percentage, a yards per pass attempt of 7.28... and more than 1,200 rushing yards lol

he has been better than Luck as far as being a passer

Rodgers is 25lb bigger.

Brees is 3" shorter but 5lb bigger.

... not even close

Luck: 23 wins
RG3: 13 wins

Luck: 8,828 yards
RG3: 7,705 yards

Luck: 55 td
RG3: 43 td

Yeah, clearly.

The media trying to keep AFC South teams from getting good players to help Andrew Luck...

That may be the single stupidest thing ever posted here.

I'm hoping you're not dumb or delusional enough to actually believe that.

I should have put a 'lol' at the end of that comment. But on a serious note, they're not treating Bridgewater as a #1 projected pick as they should. Everything is about what supposed weaknesses he has and who can jump him for the top spot.

Yeah, clearly.

Rg3 missed the last 4 games of the year, he was on pace for 3,992 passing yards with a yards per pass attempt over 7, and completing 60% of his passes and had over 500 yards rushing... but go ahead....  if that was his down year, cant wait to see what he does when he is 100% healthy

Andrew Luck career qb rating under 80, career completion% of 56, yards per pass attempt of 6.75 lol....

Luck also plays againist the titans, jags and texans lol... the colts clinced the afc south with only 8 wins hahaha.... i agree with the op i want bridgewater on the texans or jags

question for 90% of nfl fans, why do you guys want rg3 and quarterbacks that look like him to bust so bad... after every bad game they play you and your kind are flooding comments sections and forums leaving hate speech... but overlook that matt ryan signed the richest contract for a qb in nfl history last year and had the same number of wins as an injured rg3 lol... what makes them different... how can you hate one and not the other

He is smaller than RG3. He will get destroyed just like RG3.

Dude, any QB can lose an ACL or collar bone any time(Rodgers?). Whether you're 230 or 214 doesn't make much difference. 214 is his combine weight, it's gonna help him in his 40 thus guaranteeing him the #1 overall pick with his 4.5ish speed. An accurate QB like that, with that speed, that doesn't have to run much, can be deadly. The dude have a lot of room to balk. He'll probably play at 225 after a couple of off season work outs. 10 extra pounds is nothing. Come on, get in the game.

Often times when you don't know what the fug you are doing as a qb you get hurt.

Bridgewater gets the ball out before the rush can get there and has a innate ability to sense the rush

The only thing I notice is that a lot of black people have an inferiority complex disorder when it comes to discussing QBs.

Don't! go! there! Very uncalled for.

the only thing i notice is that white people like to label black qb's a bust before they even play a down in the nfl... they are anxious and hoping that they fail, and when they do better than expected they point to another part of the team as a reason for their success... nevermind the fact that young white qb's such as dalton, stafford, and matt ryan are playing with elite wideouts... and still suck lol

all they have is jamarcus russell for evidence..... vick and vy werent bust, they were successful

Since Vick's been in the league he's never start the season as a back up and he's been in the league for over 12 years. That's not bust. Not a HOF but certainly not a bust. As for vince young, he had his own demon to deal with unrelated to football. Don't understand why the QB position is still so racially contested.

Who can take a pounding in the knee or head? RG3's system and playing style got him injured. Crazy thing is Geno Smith had almost the same measurement as Bridgewater but wasn't emphasize at all through his process. What give? Geno weighted at 218, 6'2 tall, and 9 1/4 hand.

I'm sure Mr. Scott can explain what this means to us, since he's so grown and know it all.

I can explain it pretty easily.

The answer is that you have absolutely no frigging clue what you're talking about.

Talking about Gil Brandt as a lunatic with an agenda is stupid beyond belief.
