ACC Tourney Moving to Brooklyn

I like that it has moved to the NY area but the home needs to be at MSG. Everyone needs to watch Requiem for the Big East and you will understand the importance of having the best basketball conference's tourney at the MSG.

Agree w/ this. That 30 for 30 was dope. All of those are usually top notch tv. I would be okay with it being in MSG once every 3-4-5 years. Greensboro/Charlotte/NYC. No Atl, DC, or Tampa.

Yeah Tampa's a joke and since Maryland left there is no reason to even consider DC anymore. I just think if they ever got it at MSG it would never leave. MSG is a special to watch basketball whether it's NCAA or NBA. The new Barclays Center is nice but it's not the Garden.

This is dumb as fug. The ACC Tournament is meant to be in Greensboro. If its not in Greensboro it takes away from the ACC tournament you dont go to the ACC tourny for a fan experience outside the damn arena you go there for the games. What a mistake, its all about the money though, Jay-Z needs more than the A10 tourny in his building.

The ACC should worry about improving its basketball teams before worrying about where a tournament is played.

Right now Duke and NC State are the biggest embarrassments in the entire field while NC Central is in the round of 32.

that's how it starts...they'll move it up there for one year in 2017, and before you know it, it will gradually increase until it's there every year. The ACC needs to look at what has happened to NASCAR.

Look, I used to live in NC (Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, and Durham). About 24 years total. If you want to be the biggest and best conference, you have to attract other teams (which they've done) outside the original area, but you also have to expand your grip on the east coast. The ACC is no longer just the State of North Carolina. It's the entire east coast now. The Barclays Center is 100% better than the Greensboro coliseum. Better in every possible way. Stop being homers for a State and realize that better ... is better. If you want to feel like you're still part of something old with pride, go root with the good ol boys in the SEC.
