The ACC should worry about improving its basketball teams before worrying about where a tournament is played.

Right now Duke and NC State are the biggest embarrassments in the entire field while NC Central is in the round of 32.

that's how it starts...they'll move it up there for one year in 2017, and before you know it, it will gradually increase until it's there every year. The ACC needs to look at what has happened to NASCAR.

Look, I used to live in NC (Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, and Durham). About 24 years total. If you want to be the biggest and best conference, you have to attract other teams (which they've done) outside the original area, but you also have to expand your grip on the east coast. The ACC is no longer just the State of North Carolina. It's the entire east coast now. The Barclays Center is 100% better than the Greensboro coliseum. Better in every possible way. Stop being homers for a State and realize that better ... is better. If you want to feel like you're still part of something old with pride, go root with the good ol boys in the SEC.
