One of the few bright spots on
a horrible Uva team last year.

I really like Morgan Moses, he's the best tackle outside of the big four.

If we don't have a LT by the time the draft roles around, I wouldn't be surprised at all if Moses was the pick because after him (Moses) there is a huge drop-off in talent. Unfortunately it would be considered a reach at 28. I believe he's still graded as a mid-second round pick.

He compares to the likes of Ryan Clady.

They've consistently had good linemen over the years translate well into the NFL.  Just not the current crop.

Comparable to let's say the secondary folk coming from Virginia Tech.

Yea the actual  OL players from UVA are pretty damn good.

Bring him on. Coach him up and plug and play. Get Hurst later then we will be fine. Cross fingers that Mcnutt and Company can step up.

Dude this guy has a great name.

Part the defense like the red sea, and lead your peeps through to the End zone.

Why don't we just trade out of the 1st round and end up with 2 2nds + 2 3rds. Problem solved, 4 starters in deep draft.

28 is almost a 2nd in itself

If you want to watch tape on Moses, watch him against Clemsons' Vic Beasley... I believe Beasley was second in the ACC in sacks.

Beasley had 0 sacks, 0 tackles for a loss, 0 QB hurries, and 1 assisted tackle against Moses.

For somebody that knows nothing about assessing OT's, why is bending at the waste such a bad thing?

Why would another team do that?

Not sure if this link will work cause I'm posting it from my phone. If it doesn't just go to draft breakdown.com and look up Morgan Moses.

He's probably average in run blocking but I'd say he's an above average pass protector.

There's some other solid videos on there as well.

I'd hope we're open to a trade down.

We could pull something like Moses OT, Matthews/Adams WR, Turner OT

That'd be my pipedream scenario.

I feel like having a number 1 receiver is more important right now than a group of what will be 3rd stringers even with who is available in FA.
