rice would be a solid number 2.

If healthy, Rice could definitely be a #1 WR in our offensive scheme.

Rice, Cotchery, and Avant would be a solid starting core.

2 TE's with Olsen and Dickson.

Throw in a rookie WR and King/McNutt and we would definitely be better than last season.

Gettleman is a competent GM. He's going to have "interest of some degree" about literally every free agent.

A competent GM would not have interest in every FA.

If healthy, Rice is far from a backup.

I'm over due for a visit to Great Clips. I'll try and glean some insider info from Rice's aunt while she chops my lettuce.

Put in the good word yo and tip 20%.

Would be an exciting signing but I don't see this happening. I predict Rice will sign with the Saints on a 1 year deal.

Ahh, yes. A competent GM would throw darts at a board and only evaluate a select few free agents. Good point.

The media belives we are interested in all available receivers even when we're not, then those receivers use that to their advantage. Would I like Rice here though? Of course, atleast for a shot at camp. I still think first or second round best WR and best OL depending on situation is ideal.
