Say we are the #7 seed and play Miami...

Its a long shot but damn we are better than the 08 team that got swept by Orlando in the first round. We are a lock to win at least one game against Miami Id say and who on Miami can cover Al? MKG could contain LBJ perhaps.

This team just has that never say die attitude and they seen what Miami did tonight, resting stars against Washington so they could play Charlotte. If I were the Bobcats Id take offense to that and I hope they do.

What better way to usher in the Hornets era than to beat the Heat...

Still a chance we get the #6 though if we beat Chicago, tough game, and if Celtics pull what they did to us against Washington...

I haven't really been a huge NBA fan ever but this Charlotte Bobcats team has me more interested in the NBA as a whole than I ever have been. I was actually a little bit of a Celtics fan back when they had Sebastian Telfair, YOUNG Al Jefferson and now look where hes at how ironic...Wally Sczerbiak, Gerald Green but when they went out and got KG and Allen it almost (it did) took the fun out of it, you knew they were bound to win a championship one of the years the Big 3 were together and they did in 08. Meh.

LBJ can defend and shut down Al if it's needed.

Charlotte doesn't have much of a chance at a win much less 4 out of 7.

We have no one that can stop Bosh or Wade consistently... Much less James.

Bosh is the worst possible matchup defensively for Jefferson.

Anything is possible! I would be shocked if we beat the Heat though. I think at best we steal a game.

Henderson can guard, Wade... It's Bosh that kills us.

Go look at Bosh's stats against us since he got to Miami, they're pretty impressive.

Cats just got to hope that Jefferson and Bosh play with a slight edge to Jefferson and that Hendo and MKG can slow down Wade and James. Kemba would have to step up offensively and shoot above 45-47% for the series for Charlotte to have even a fighters chance.

Miami's build makes them the worst possible matchup for Charlotte.

Didn't LBK put up 60 against MKG?

I think the Heat are down from the last two seasons, but they're still far better than we are and a bad matchup.

You're not going to shut down all three of the big three, the goal is to make one of the guys beat you, preferably Wade.

You're only hope is that Al can go point for point with Wade and hope that we can somehow pull out the victory... but if you let all three get going; look out.

Isn't Dewayne wade crippled?  I'll take my chances with Henderson vs Wade.  I like Henderson defensively vs wade more so than anyone Miami has vs Jefferson or even Kemba walker.

The xfactor will be not having Jeff Taylor who is another defensive wing who could matchup vs wade or LBJ for a change of pace from MKG.

Don't think the 'Cats can pull 4 out of 7 vs Miami... but I like our matchup at the PG and C positions.  I'm not scared of wade.  I'm more scared of Bosh on the perimeter stretching the floor and LeBron vs anyone really.

Miami seems like a bad matchup for us defensively and we aren't that great on offense.

I just don't see it. Indy maybe, but Heat seems like a stretch

We have not beat the Heat in the big 3 era.  Just let that settle in for a minute.

Big Al would absolutely abuse LeBron.

This whole "LeBron can guard all 5 positions" garbage ESPN has spewed for years is comical and seems to have rubbed off on casual fans. LeBron cannot guard point guards. LeBron cannot guard centers.

Our greatest hope is for Big AL to go nuts which he is capable of against the Heat. The Heat will have to double team him some to keep him in check. We have to defend them well and Al needs to go nuts. Al is capable of putting up 40 point nights against them
