He'd be a fantastic SS convert. Smith along with Shazier are the best coverage OLBs in this draft. I personally prefer Shazier but Smith is pretty damn good too.

smallest linebacker in draft. Think of him as a SS that always plays in the box. that's what Roman Harper is best at. Harper even lined up at linebacker in some packages with the Saints. Harper will be 32 this season and will need to be replaced soon
