1st Round:  Morgan Moses OT

This is how I think it will play out (or in similar fashion). We get 3 starters in the first 3 picks. Maybe 4 in 4 if Turner is ready to compete.  I think that we will lose out on the top 5-6 receivers, and Moses is gaining momentum. I do like him as a prospect. He is a low risk pick to me. He can play both OT positions, and has the makings of what could be an elite guard. Very powerful at the point of attack and loves the game. Virginia churns out another good lineman

2nd Round:  Davante Adams  WR

Gettleman stresses that we want "touchdown scorers" and nobody at WR scored more than Davante Adams. He is a hard worker, a reliable target, and has sneaky speed. He will be a very good red-zone weapon.

3rd Round:  EJ Gaines CB

EJ Gaines might be my favorite CB in the draft as far as value goes. He is a VERY aggressive and smart player that would thrive in our system.  Rashaad Reynolds was another CB that I felt this confident about, but I gave the edge to Gaines due to upside.

4th Round:  Trai Turner OG

Turner gets lost in the shuffle amongst LSU players, but he might be the best pro eventually. He is a strong run blocker but needs to get in the weight room to handle some of the players he will see every Sunday. Could push to start in year 1.

The other prospects are developmental/upside guys that I think can be very good depth for us while also growing into weekly contributors:

5th Round:  Robert Herron WR

6th Round:  Khairi Fortt OLB

7th Round:  Justin Britt OT

We need two OT's. I cant see us drafting an OG with Kudzilla and Amini coming back of IR.

And if they want a decent 2nd OT's he will need to be selected in the 2nd or 3rd. I doubt Richardson, Hurst, or Fleming will be on board at the end of the 4th.

Lack of quality depth on the OL killed us last year. Moses will start at LT, Byron Bell at RT, with Nate Chandler, Justin Britt, and another guy battling it out for backup roles. Trai Turner is a BPA situation and also insurance should Kugbila (who isn't even guaranteed to start) or Amini go down again. I think Turner would also be asked to take snaps and be a backup center. He would be a quality pick.

Quality RTs and Gs can be found late. I don't see the reasoning in that we HAVE to select 2 tackles in the first 3 rounds.

Bell sucks. Fleming would be an upgrade. No way we wait to draft another T in the 7th round. Can take that too the bank.

I wouldnt be overly surprised if we double dipped the first two rounds ie Moses/Cyrus and Turner similar to how we did last year.

You don't have a clue. Just like I don't. It's all speculation.

Dude, I'm not going to bet money over a fuging hypothesis. Hell you shouldn't even be so confident about it, regardless of what our "needs" are at this point. WR and CB were needs last year too. Did we draft one of either? Nope.

I would love it. If Adams is there in the 2nd, Gettleman better pull up his shorts to his nipples and run screaming Adams' name. I see Moses as a RT in the NFL, which concerns me about what our LT situation will look like.

im just saying, we can put a friendly 25 on it. i know for a FACT we will not be waiting till the 7th to draft a 2nd OT.

GM prioritizes hogmollies and the trenches.

He also prioritizes BPA, so what's your point?

And if you know for a FACT, that would mean that you spoke to Gettleman yourself and he gave you some very privileged information. Is that the case?

Big boards / BPA is influenced by needs.

Spoke to DG last week.

Take it to the bank.

Really? What else did he say then? What about our other "need positions," long term wide receiver plans, Hardy's contract, etc.

Would love that one. Agree that Herron probably won't be there in the 5th.
