I would be interested to see what the league-wide winning percentage is when you go down by two touchdowns.

Probably similar to the Panthers 5%.

I don't know how things are in Georgia, but I'm in California and if the ZA happens I'm grabbing my stuff and going to Alcatraz pronto.

I didn't notice that scene being off from what I remember. Maybe it had to do with Rick wanting to not use the gun because it would cause a ruckus, so he had to use the knife....or stick the gun in the walker's head and then fire so it's muffled.

The only part that didn't make sense to me was when dude asked Gabriel to close the gate. Like he literally said, "Hey mind closing that gate? Thanks". It's only the most important duty in your entire life and you just walk away and nonchalantly ask someone else to do it. I guess it goes along with the idea that the Alexandria people are clueless, but I thought that was a bit of a reach. Otherwise, no complaints from me about the episode. So many great moments from start to finish.

I love how it's the gate keeping them alive during the zombie apocalypse and Gabriel shut it as if he was at a barbecue and had his hand full with chicken wings and just shut the sliding door going to the backyard or something.

C'mon man you gotta latch that ish!

I love how Morgan has been searching for Rick for a long time and now he finally sees him and he's a damn savage covered in blood and just executed somebody right in front of him.

You thought they'd meet again and it would be like the end of Shawshank when they see each other on the beach, but instead it's like "uh, Rick?" with a bewildered look on Morgan's face.

Like someone else said, their stark contrast has potential for next season.

"I was thinking about how many of you I'd have to kill to save your lives" might be one of the best lines I've heard in TV or movies.

No, a dick move is talking about the episode that aired five minutes after it happened.

You fugs have killed so much that I stopped watching the episode before Noah gets it. I hope all of you are happy. And some of you can fuging die in a god damn fire.

You need to wisen the fug up and not click on the walking dead thread until after you've watched the episode.

This is 700+ replies of talking about the show the minute it is over. Why would you even think to open this thread until you've caught up? That's got to be some of the most illogical poo I've ever heard.

If someone talks about spoilers on events that haven't happened yet, that's fuged up. If people want to talk about the walking dead with other walking dead fans as soon as the episode is over, that's basically exactly what this thread is for.

I stay away from this thread at all costs until I've watched the episode. Sometimes it's right after it aired live, sometimes it's a couple days after when I had a chance to finally watch it on DVR.

Jesus man get a grip.

#3304874 Was beating Atlanta worth dropping 17 selections in the draft?

Posted by Montsta on 29 March 2015 - 09:05 PM

Literally the entire point of the draft is to get better players so you can make the playoffs. How is this even a question?

Who in their right mind would want to miss the playoffs to draft earlier?

Everyone in this thread is now dumber from having been subjected to this. I award you no points OP, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Ball got practically the same deal the panthers offered tho

It's been mentioned that Ball went to Illinois and is from the Midwest, so all things being equal, he could have chosen the Bears for that.

So again Jerry is willing to accept pot heads and guys who beat the he'll out of teammates.. But not a guy who was allegedly accused of a misdemeanor by a crack head. .

I respect you, but I feel like you're being deliberately obtuse.

We all agree Nicole Holder is a coke-head gold-digger. No one is debating that.

We are saying strictly from a business standpoint in today's media-fueled-frenzy of a world Jerry couldn't possibly keep Hardy around.

Again, when a pothead kills someone from being high, you'll see the team take a similar stance, but it isn't a hot button issue right now so it doesn't matter.

Speaking of Captain...he, CJ, and KK were at Cosmos together last Friday... Didn't know me from Adam but were still mad cool.

Captain seems to be really popular with our players and hangs out with them frequently.

Except for when they go to the amusement park cuz he can't ride all the rides.

You're missing the point that they weren't going to give him a long-term deal before the BS Nicole Holder BS..
Do you not understand they were just renting Hardy ..

But if they made the decision to not retain Hardy because they couldn't trust his decision-making prior to him making a really bad decision, then that decision just solidified their already founded concerns.

I don't think it makes them hypocritical to draft Gregory because of that. In fact, I'd say it makes me confident that they are looking at players on individual merit and not just putting "troubled" players in a vacuum and saying nope we don't want those guys with problems.

I would argue that is a positive, not a negative.

Is one a day really a lot?! Its not as though you see like 5 or 6 threads all by me flood the first page, judging by how everyone on here makes it sound, you would I think I post every hour or something.

Don't let people deter you from making threads Tico Broheim.

Worst possible outcome is people make fun of you and give you a hard time. Best case, it generates a discussion. You really can't go wrong.

People give you a hard time because it's basically the slowest time of the year on here right now and so when you create a thread it tends to marinate at the top of the board for a while, and you've developed a reputation for rapid thread creation.
