hey texan fan, how's making the superbowl within ten years going?

oh wait, your team hasn't even played a playoff game yet

We're used to that here in Houston. It doesn't phase us. I'm not sure if we'll make the Superbowl, but i do think it's going to be a fun ride. I'm a realistic fan, unlike some members of this board. I figured we'd lose one of the last two games against the Bengles or Falcons but we pulled both of them off. I really don't know what this team can accomplish. They are surprising people every week. I'm just happy to be talking playoffs in December. Fun stuff. I do think that y'all will be in the picture next year with the talent you have. Sunday should be a fun game to watch for sure. I just think we pull it out in the forth by a couple of scores.

Injuries happen to every team. Every year.

Not every team loses their #1 & 2 QB, #1 DE, #1 WR, #1 SS, #1 RG, #1 RB, #1 FB for multiple games and go 7-0.

Wow! Listening to him you might want to consider we have 14 starters on IR and yet one of the more explosive offenses in the league. Keep your luck and hope Delhomme doesn't have to take a snap![/QUOTE]

We just beat the Bengles and the Falcons. I respect your offense, i just like our defense better and i think you're underestimating our offense. Yates threw for 300 yards last week on a stout Bengle defense.

But, but Yates sucks, therefore their receivers will suck. Stop the run, don't turn the ball over, win the game.

Wow! Listening to you, you would think y'all were 10-3. It's just that easy huh? We didn't get to 10-3 by sucking, and we're at home. Check out our home record. Out building is one of the loudest in the league. We also have a tight end tandem that in one of the best in the league. Add to that Foster catching passes out of the backfield and i think we'll be fine. Good luck though.

It's funny to listen to the fans of the teams the Texans play every week. Last week the Bengles fans were very reserved and respectfull before our game with them. Carolina fans seem to downplay our defense and say we're all of a sudden turnover prone. I like being the underdog. :)

Foster's fumble last week was a non catch that they called a completion for some reason. It was a tuff break. Tate screwed up on the goal line for sure. The week before that they called a fumble on T.J. when his arm WAS moving forward enough to throw the ball 15 yards in the air. They said it never started forward. We've had some go our way and some go the other teams way. We're usually a pretty disciplined team. Atlanta and Cincinnati do have pretty tough defenses though.

I think y'all will be impressed with our defense and I definitly would not call them over rated. I watch them every week and they are one tuff bunch. We take some chances for sure, but we intercept and sack regularly and I can't remember the last time we let another team take it to the house on a long bomb. It's tough to throw deep with three guys in your face. Those guys are relentless, they never quit.

Good luck to y'all though. We'll see how it plays out
