According to WalterFootball we've met with Justin twice and have exchanged phone numbers with him. He's listed as a possible late round pick and could be a "diamond in the rough."
Here's a brief overview of his 4 year career at Tennessee:
Coleman (5'10", 188) was a 4-year contributor for the Volunteers who broke into the starting lineup as a freshman. He locked down a starting job in 2013 and recorded 59 tackles with three passes broken up. Coleman had 46 tackles, seven breakups, and an interception as a junior. In his senior campaign, he totaled 42 stops with five passes broken up and four interceptions. Coleman went on to have a solid week at the EastWest Shrine to earn some consideration as a laterounder.
Here is a snippet from his time at the EastWest Shrine Practice:
Another cornerback who played well on Wednesday was Tennessee’s Justin Coleman. Coleman provided the blemish on McBride’s week during the team scrimmage. McBride caught a short cross and as he started to run with the ball, Coleman smacked the ball out for a fumble. Coleman did well in the one-on-ones and showed better on Wednesday than he had earlier in the week.
Here is a brief video of some nice plays (couldn't find much else):
I know there is at least one Vols fan on this board. Does anyone who has maybe seen any games have any thoughts on Justin as a late-rounder or maybe even a UDFA?
