How often are you weighing yourself. My recommendation would be once a month. If you are doing it once or twice a week you are going to be obsessed with the number instead of getting in shape. Weight is all relative. Looking in the mirror is a better reflection of hard work.
Doubt it but it's possible.
As long as I reach my weekly goal it's ok. Still frustrating
