Just a,reminder ti all the worry warts...

13 March 2015 - 08:15 AM

To dovetail off of J.I's thread. Even after the F.A period is over and the draft, cuts are coming in droves. D.G loves to pick through the aftermath and find 'gems' at a excellent price. The best deals that will help this team are coming in a few months. Free agency is highly overrated. It puts many teams in a money hole that is hard to justify in most cases.

Bucs biig spenders in FA for 2014.....release M.johnson...

11 March 2015 - 03:04 PM

Per J.Person. Big spenders always take it on the chin when the cap man knocks on the door. Not a smart way to spend. Bucs and Saints paying the price of there past deeds. They may be kicking some more bodies to the curb. The NFC south is a mess.....except for one team.

Question....league investigating pre F.A deals

Per Adam Shefter. League is investigating these pre free agancy deals and punishment will be handed out accordingly. What actually are the rules and will it effect our two FA signings?

The plan D.G is laying out for 2015

I think this is what will happen. He will not sign a upper tier F.A. (to some Huddlers dismay). The signing of Oher(and now possibly Ginn), shows the path he is taking. He will build this team through the draft and fill the rest out with the best 'dollar wise investments' on the market. Don't think he will bring in older vets like last year. He will pick a few guys who still have tread left on the tires and want to play for a fair price. Get ready for the draft.....that's where this team will be build from, not free agency.

Suh 114 millon, 61 millon guaranteed to Miami

Breaking the damn bank. Lots of scratch for one player. Looks like the deal is done just waiting for Tuesday to sign on the dotted line (per NFL.com). Yikes...money I can't even fathom having in my bank account.
