#3036009 Bad Hurney Contracts: Who's Left?

Posted by Who Said What? on 21 October 2014 - 05:47 PM

Nah man, everything happens in a one-year vacuum.

Who gives a poo about long-term planning!!

It has to be re-explained and reiterated in every thread.  Now dudes are starting to get mad like I am tired of the salary cap excuse.  Really, its not an excuse its a fact.  It is getting old having to argue this every thread.

#3035939 R.R: " no personal changes despite big loss"

That's fine by me; take your pick of the litter. Just make someone pay, Ron.

Got your wish dude.  Godfrey is outta here!  Message sent!

#3035009 NFL Informs Rivera that Kuechly Shouldn't Have Been Ejected and Won't...

So no punishment for the ref. This is why there is so much hatred for them. No accountability.

Exactly, they make so many momentum crushing calls and let others go.  You immediately get called a chump when you call into question their crap ass calls.  I said this Sunday, damn was Hardy just that much better at getting off of holds?

#3034971 Clinton Portis on WFNZ yesterday....

Everyone is a genius when they're pointing out everything they think GMan has done wrong. But not a single one of you can say what should have been done differently with respect to our available cap, FAs available, and drafting position.

And the sad thing about this thread is that posters are getting angry when you ask them to write a decent argument for what they would do.  I understand the line sucks, but I am glad we didn't throw huge contracts at Michael Oher and other OTs that got overpaid this summer.

It is really grating when all you ask is for someone to elaborate on their shite post and they flip out.

Sucks you missed the Chicago game, it was a good one

Nice.

Dallas was garbage for years just like San Fran.  I personally don't want to be trash for eight or so years while we stock pile offensive lineman.

#3033120 the official "Dave Gettleman fuging sucks" thread

Great idea! Fire a GM two years into a rebuilding program and start it all over again.

That's how the Raiders do things. Its working for them, right?

A poster actually said he has had two years to re-build.  This is why didn't even come on here yesterday.

#3033009 Bright Spots

#1 bright spot of the day

Saints and Falcons lost.  We are still in first place.  Primarily because we are in perhaps the worst division in football right now, but I will still take it.

Welcome to the that great feeling that New England and Indianapolis get to enjoy every year.

#3025873 Robert Lester waived and Adarius Glanton signed to active roster

Boy Panthers.com needs to get a better pulse on the team.  They had this whole article talking about how the coaches had so much confidence in Lester and quotes from Lester.  Made me think this week was more than a last ditch effort practice week.

#3024957 Pete Prisco Sings Cam's Praises

Posted by Who Said What? on 17 October 2014 - 01:14 PM

Thank you captain obvious(Prisco).  The media were dead set on Cam being a bust.  It baffled me because they were behind so many guys that have the bust traits like Ponder, Locker, and Gabbert.  They laid low last year crediting the defense and hoping no one remembered all the shite they talked.  Now everyone wants to pop up singing his praises because it is undeniable.  Ponder, Locker, and Gabbert just flat out can't play.  Cam just showed extreme displeasure over losing while wearing a towel to shield his head.  They crucified him for it.  All the while he was still an upstanding citizen and teammate.  I just take it as the older I get, the more  I can see the media take slants against certain players.

Cam has always been a franchise QB and the media will continue to get their comeuppance.

30K fine for dunking the football on the goalpost and 25K for trying to intentionally hurt players. Sounds logical.

#3020383 Ron Rivera: "Greg will be here at the right moment/appropriate time"

Posted by Who Said What? on 14 October 2014 - 08:29 AM

Pussy is a hell of a drug and man's greatest weakness.

If women ever banded together and stopped sh*tting on each other we would be in trouble.  But, since that is never going to happen its all good.

#3009594 Have you seen Cam Newton lately?

Posted by Who Said What? on 11 October 2014 - 12:11 AM

"In five years, when T.The Golden Calf of Bristol is leading Denver into the playoffs and Cam Newton is riding someone's bench, remember this article".

A swing and a miss.
