Looks who's talking, maybe you should put your most recent picture up side by side with last years pic and realize you're getting fat and flabby while I'm working out, building muscle and losing fat.

And I didn't think possible, but you're even fuglier than before! You wanna make dog jokes? look at the mirror at the beast your wife is willing to get with, no wonder you don't like her either, getting with dogs and peanut butter would be a step up for her!

Hello my friends and fellow iron crushers! It's been a hectic few weeks with training and such, but I decided the other day that I was going to stay accountable to myself and keep this thread updated. My training is coming along great! I had some set backs from some really rough illnesses but I was able to recover and carry on. I have a beast of training partner now so he keeps me moving ahead. Thought I would fill you guys in in my new program.

The definition of insanity is doing something repeatedly and getting one result all the while expecting another. I guess I must be insane because I keep on rooting for these damn panthers every Sunday.

I'm learning Russian as we speak. I'm purchasing the full Rosetta stone program in a few weeks. 500 is steep yeesh, but I'm lucky because I have a buddy of mine who is learning as well over here.

Yeah, pretty much anything with legs sucks... which is why people avoid it.

I've thrown up after a 4x 20 set of back squats. So yeah haha.

I wouldn't describe them as metalcore. I think they're more nu-metalish with some screamo in there.

For me, they just aren't technical enough. I played riffs like they do when I was 15. It's just kinda commercialized or generic or something. I dunno...

Nah I get what you're saying. They remind me of enter shikari. I think this album wasn't as heavy as their earlier releases.

Like what exercises?

Deadlifts, leg curls and extensions, leg presses on a variety of machines, calf and tibilias raises.

Very rarely do squats because of the limited range of motion in my left shoulder due to the surgery I had.

Have you tried Bulgarian squats?

No poo! Your legs carry much more weight on a daily basis.

And I'm LOLing at the thought of your first day at crossfit (usually you do a workout called Fran as part of your fundamentals) and your pasty fat rolls hanging off the pull up bar. Just try not to warp the bar, ok?

He would die during the warmup and mobility drills lol

Hey all, a certain fat individual from smack central reminded me to fill you guys in on my training. It's been hectic here but I've been fortunate to get enough sleep and have the opportunity to train twice a day. I lift in the AM and perform calisthenics and aerobic or anaerobic cardio in the PM. Properly spaced, these workouts have really boosted endurance in the weight room. I've also cut weight. I went from 198 when I left to about 185 right now. This is exactly where I wanna be. How's all of you guys' training going?

i have a gym membership and i love working out, but with 60 hours a week at work, full-time school, grad school prep, and a friggin 4-month-old there are simply not enough hours in the day to do anything extracurricular.

i really need to start eating better too but god damn if i don't just love sour cream on everything.

Hey man, gotta start somewhere. Diets the hard part. Just ask Alice.
