In Topic: The catch of the game

He definitely popped last night, between him and Brandon Williams.

I don't know about y'all, I get excited almost every time I see Williams in the game.

Bersin was good. The connection with DA on touchdown was great. Perfect throw and catch.

I love Williams potential. One man can't bring him down!

Welcome to opinions that differ from your own.

Enjoy the graduation and introduction to the free-thinking world where everyone has different ideas and thoughts on various aspects of this or that.

As good as Luke and TD and the defense is, and they carried the team, but the team has only one star. Luke doesn't want to be a star and for Cam it comes natural.

In Topic: Cam Tries To Clarify Chud Comments

07 August 2014 - 05:40 AM

Is anyone else surprised by how much Cam seems to notice what is printed about him? I'm sure he's not sitting down after a day at TC to google himself and read what's been written about him that day. Is it his family/advisers/agent that are telling him? Seems to be more aware of his own little misprints and misquotes then some other elite athletes I can think of.

At some point if you keep repeating "I haven't seen/read that" then the media will stop thinking they can draw you into their shif.

I think all elite athletes know what's out there about them and a lot of players are also sportfans and read sites like profootballtalk. He saw the misprint, and he needed to set in right to his former coach because I don't think that he wanted it out there that he was criticising Chud.

31 teams also don't have the same needs as the panthers

Maybe, he was redflagged by the security people of the Panthers. He didn't it show his potential in college and got in trouble. That's a double no-no. We don't know 1 percent of the info that the teams collect about prospects.

In Topic: Rookie Watch 2014 - A Promising Start

I am a tad concerned about Ealy. A 2nd round pick needs be be starter quality out the gate imo. He seems like a project that for some odd reason I don't think will ever reach with his 2nd round expectations. The gay dude from Mizzo outshined him all last season.

Ugh I hope I am dead wrong about this.

He just to learn to use the right technique all the time, because college is filled with guys who won't be pros. But you're wrong about Sam outshining him. Sam had more sacks, yes, but you would have seen Mizzou play. Sam was barely double teamed, but the offense was paying more attention to Ealy. Sam used speed rush only, and some of his sacks were laughable because he wasn't blocked. Sam had more sacks, but Ealy was the key to their pass rush.
