I think Carol was not just going to confront past demons as Melissa McBride said on the "Talking Dead" whem she confronted Pete. I think her visit was because she was being the puppet master in trying to take over Alexandria, without Alexandria's people even realizing it was a takeover.
I think she went to stir the pot, not just deliver a pot of food. She challenged his manhood and made him to be a chump.
She knows triggers for abusers. I think she went to set off a bomb.
She gave Rick the gun. Then went to Pete. She wanted this to come to a head and it couldn't have worked out any better.
I would like to hear that argument, I would rather draft for need than a player that we have no need for.
People always bring up this being Stewart last year, but fail to realize theirs a draft next year. Next years RB class is just as good if not better.
what you think is a need may not be a need by seasons start.
on the flipside what you think isn't a need maybe a need when the season starts.
injuries/regressions/off-years, ect. are unknowns. Its really a double edged sword. the flipside can happen. players get better/ recover from injuries in years past/ have a boom year. all these things you might not expect.
The best thing to do is get the best value as possible. need plays a role in that as well as looking at the future as a fluid process. it really is a crapshoot though. You just wanna infuse as much talent and competition and chemistry as possible.
hes the most pure and introspective person on the show minus seemingly Morgan now.
that was an absolute kickass ending "Rick, do it" no hesitation KAPOWWW then Morgan "Rick?" and the look on Ricks face like he realized how this all looked to somebody who he had known right at the beginning of the apocalypse and what he had turned into. IT was almost like embarrassment or something. That was pretty shitty wording but it's hard to describe that look.
