#3242815 Say it ain't so.... Joe...

Look at Brad Hoover. Just a walk in from WCU and he played lights out. I'm for scouting them all.

Most small school players don't have Catamount heart though. Just look at how Armanti plagued us. Cutting him was the turning point in the 2013 season.

Basically we need more Brad Hoover's and less Amanti Edwards.

#3223274 Superbowl over hyped to the point of nauseum

Posted by WCUcats on 29 January 2015 - 12:05 PM

If it were the Panthers, you'd love it man

Yep, I remember our Superbowl run. I'm lovin' it just thinking about it.

I do get tired of football this time of year, and I get burnt out on college basketball in April. However come August i'll be watching the HOF game trying desperately to relieve the football withdrawal symptom's, like a Heroin addict shooting water into my veins trying to do anything to get that high again.

#3215063 Don't complain about Richardson when Nascar does this

Posted by WCUcats on 20 January 2015 - 08:28 PM

NASCAR. Was awesome. It was a beautiful blend of sport, heritage, and history. The drivers where likable, and they raced in places that were the hotbed of the sport not just major population centers.

They sold out and now it sucks, plain and simple.

If you think you like NASCAR go to a race at bowman grey motor speedway. That place is amazing. It's everything that NASCAR was. Nobody there is in it for the money. It's about the cars, competition, and passion... The fights are cool to.

Patriots cheating? Shocking.

#3205099 Good investment, literally-Panthers 50-1 to win Super Bowl L

Lulz @ good investment. 7-10% compounding annually is a good investment.

Panthers at 50-1 is more like a gamble.

#3189494 Anyone found any "back to back NFCS Champs" apparel anywhere?

Be cool if the made one styled after a Newcastle label. Back to back champs... "The one and only"

We should put one up in New Orleans that says...

"this billboard will be underwater soon"

#3182455 Foolproof gameplan for stopping Beastmode.

Posted by WCUcats on 06 January 2015 - 10:22 AM

As some of you may know, Marshawn doesn't like talking to the media, and this has caused a mild kerfuffle.

My solution? On obvious running downs, we give everyone on defense a microphone. That way, everytime he touches the ball, he runs away from the defense and towards his own endzone for a safety.

Beastmode? SHUTDOWN.

I just got dumber from reading this.

They must be new to the Internets over there. I often don't know whether to play along with so many oblivious posters or if they're somehow untrolling my trolling before I can even get it going. It's like I'm in a bar... I'm sneaking up behind the biggest guy there, he turns around and.... down syndrome. Oh. I can't pick on that guy. I'll get him a beer instead.

They are not new to the internet, they are just new to being football fans. Like fine wine let their crisp Wilson jerseys age and their flavors will mellow.

Go South Carolina BBQ. Mustard based.

South is definitely my least favorite type of Carolina.

Pulled pork is gross.

It's rare someone can post just four words, yet be so incredibly wrong.

#3149355 Rivera: "Learned from first Atlanta game to stay aggressive"

Posted by WCUcats on 22 December 2014 - 01:48 PM

"Cannot expect to win this football game by kicking field goals" Quotes provided per S.Reed and J.Person. So Rivera is saying all the right things today at the podium today. He really should have come to this conclusion after previous Atlanta games (actually we have heard this song before), but better late then never. Here's hoping that he doesn't get sphincter freeze when it comes down to the aggressive attitude. Hopefully he takes Shula aside and relates to him that the red zone play calling needs to produce. They can beat this team if they stick to their guns and do what they say. Pound the piss out of them with Stewart then slice them up with K.B, Cotch, and Olsen. Have faith in the offense to get a yard or two when needed and go for it. If your going to talk the talk , you better walk the walk.

That's funny because he cut Avant for saying the exact same thing.
