In Topic: Once again lets discuss Greg Hardy for a sec

Hardy is a huge part on this defense. Our defense would look very different next year without him next year. IMO, he's worth 8 mil a year (5yr/40). But I can't see Gman offering anything more than a 7mil contract, possibly 6mil for a 2year contract. That'd be my dream scenario. Anything more than 8 mil, I'd let him walk. Use that money toward an OT in FA and fans will think that they hate this idea but bring Peppers back if he's willing to come back. You can always find DE through the draft and develop one for the future too.

You're a dumbass, Gettleman already offered Hardy 8 million a year over the next 4 years and he turned it down

There is no way on gods green earth that Cam Newton could be a ALL PRO level receiver in the NFL

He runs a 4.5 40, is a huge target, could easily block cornerbacks and linebackers and obviously as seen in that video he can catch. Whose to say he couldn't be an all pro receiver if he wanted to?

lol what?

whats funny man? Cam could play receiver, tight end, line backer or maybe even D end. He is 6'5 245 and he is one of the fastest most athletic guys of that size that the NFL has ever seen. There are a lot of positions Cam could succeed in.

In Topic: Josh Gordon News

What Rivera said about the the team having each others backs, pack mentality...goes out the window bringing in a reject from the Cleveland Browns.  Panthers coaches believe in their guys and we won't see any acquisitions barring injury.

No it doesn't? Our team has great chemistry and has each others backs, and you think adding a new player into the locker room will cause them to start disliking each other or something? The browns are a rebuilding franchise fishing for draft picks, Josh Gordon is not a reject. If you have seen the browns play this year you would know that Gordan is an explosive player with good speed and hands and has 450 receiving yards this year, almost double the yards that our leading receiver Steve Smith has this year, and Gordan is playing with a terrible quarterback on a terrible team. Im not against trading for him but to say that he is a reject and that adding him to our team would cause our team chemistry to go out the window shows that you know absolutely nothing about team sports in general or football.

Very serious.

Either you haven't seen him play, or you know nothing about football. He is a freak of nature and will be the best DE/OLB in the league for the next 10 years. He runs a 4.3 40 btw.
