#2469015 Are we the national 4:30 game Sunday FOX?

Posted by Bishop on 05 November 2013 - 04:16 PM

That's not true. CBS has the double header this week, but obviously our game is shown on Fox and starts at 4pm. I moved to Maryland last week. Panthers games don't get shown here very often but I checked the listings about 10 minutes ago. FOX does not have an early game in the DMV this week but will be playing the SF-CAR game at 4 which I was giddy about. So our game will be shown in some locales (including CLT and SF) and you can expect Fox to not show a 1pm game in those areas.

Ayyye finally another Panthers fan here in DC

#2450047 Cam Newton post game interview on NFL Network

Anyone have link or vid to the post game interview with Eisen and the NFLN crew?

It may be buried in another thread but please help us poor souls without the NFL Networks.

Mike Ditka said it best  "Cam is a great young QB with a rocket arm with no character issues. Once the pieces get placed around him he can be a special QB".

"Panthers fans would be well advised to wait on Newton; he's the guy holding up a middling offense, not the other way around." -

Whatever the case, I have zero faith in Rivera's ability to put the best players on the field.

Or to get the most out of a player talent wise.

We need an offensive minded coach to start with the development of Cam. Rivera and staff have done nothing truthfully. I must admit his post game pressers have gotten a lot better but as far as mechanics nothing. The defense is in place if the offense takes off to the point were your forcing teams to throw the ball to keep up our DLine would feast on QB's every week.

#2419590 Panthers sign WR Marvin McNutt

Posted by Bishop on 09 October 2013 - 09:50 AM

If Josh Gordon is actually available you go and get him. Playmakers do not grow on trees. Gordon's proved he can make play at the NFL level. Dumbass or not you can never have too many playmakers. I'm sure whoever they bring into coach next year isn't going to be mad that he now has a playmaking WR to go along with his playmaking QB.

I agree. Front Office probably wont make the move due to Off Field issues. I wish they would tho. If Cam has one more reliable target who can beat man coverage the offensive lines problems wouldn't be so blatantly noticeable. For example how the Dline masks some of the secondary problems.

#2419572 Whats worse...

The panty wastes....at least we know the others will troll themselves into getting banned.

Cam could run up and hand the ball off to the DB and some cry babies on here would be trying to pin it on the OL, WR, or some such.

IMAGINE IF CAM HAD A REAL COACHING STAFF...THEN HE WOULDN'T BE FORCED TO HAND THE BALL OFF TO THE DB!

Key words " real coaching staff ". Give Cam somebody who has had great success with QBs and I bet you couldn't keep the Panthers out the national spotlight.
