#3026182 Are my sorry ass Falcons still in division title contention?

In what world is Cam playing better than Ryan?

Ryan has higher complettion pct, more yards, more TDs, higher average. The only thing he has more than Cam is INTs, but four of those were thrown when the game was already a blowout. So there's only three that matter.

You can argue that Cam has played one less game, but he would not have passed for 600 yards and five TDs in that time. Sorry buddy.

Face the facts, Ryan is simply better than Newton.

Lol I think you are the one acting delusional. Cam has the worst OL in football, average to below average receiving core and has been without his top two running backs for most of the year yet continues to put up big numbers. Put Ryan on the Panthers and we don't win 4 games.

Cam is throwing the ball better and more accurately than Ryan this season. Add in the running game and that makes a better QB by a good margin right now. Any GM in the league would take Cam over Ryan at the moment.

#3016944 We may very well still be the best team in the NFCS

I doubt that any team in the NFCS would come close to winning in Cincy other than us. In fact Atlanta already got pounded by them. I feel very meh after today but the fact is we tied a team that had won 13 straight regular season games at home. At the end of the day I will take it given how poor the NFCS appears to be this year.

#3003814 Luke's return to Cincinnati...

Cincinnati hasn't lost a home game since 2012 I'm pretty sure.

Other than the playoff game against the Chargers last season.

I think he's the one who's clueless.

It's gonna take the best performance of the year by everybody on the team. I'm not saying we'll win, but I think we will bring it and make it a game.

#3000973 This Bears game will save our season

Posted by FearTheCats on 05 October 2014 - 04:41 PM

we might well be playing the best team in the league next week. and in their house no less. i will be happy if we dont get blown out. dont get me wrong, i think we have a chance to win but its going to be a TOUGH game.

I hope the team comes out with a purpose. Hopefully that second half helps the D get their swagger back.

#3000884 Kelvin Benjamin

Just because he had a terrible game doesn't mean he should've been benched. Everybody has bad games, heck Calvin Johnson had one catch for 7 yards today against the freaking Bills. Hopefully KB bounces back next week.

I have a feeling Cam is going to have an absolutely massive game.

#2992079 Gil Brandt draft redo

Posted by FearTheCats on 01 October 2014 - 11:46 AM

Agreed, a lot of people bash Gettleman for the Smitty and OL situations and sometimes rightfully so but ironically refuse to give him any credit when he does something good like drafting KB, Turner, Bene this year and Short, Star, and White as a FA last year.

#2989321 Rivera: Panthers Tempted to Unleash Cam?

Funny thing is hue jackson who we could of replaced shula with last offseason is doing wonders for the bengals offense.

That thought makes me cry a little on the inside.

Cowboys have used a lot of high draft picks on their O line and its paying off.

Smith
Frederick
Martin

Studs.

I remember when all the "experts" laughed at them for taking Frederick in the 1st. Wonder who's laughing now.

we just got demolished by a team the ravens demolished,

The transitive property doesn't really work that well in the NFL.
