That's absolutely crazy I honestly never expected this. Have we played on thanksgiving before? I can't remember.

Nope this will be the first time.

John Wall 2019

People seem to forget that he is from Raleigh. I think there is as good if not better chance of him coming home than Steph.

15.5 sacks in 2 years and just turned 27 last week. He's 40 is better than Boykin and he's 270lbs

What's funny is that he and Boykin played in college together for a little while.

when was the last time we picked someone up (that wasn't already on the roster) on the first day of FA?

that's just not something that we do.

and i can't say that bothers me in the least.

first day of FA is when teams in panic overpay for overhyped players.

Prime Example: Jairus Byrd with the Saints last year.

#3265888 Panthers Hoping To Sign Oher and Ginn Before Tuesday

If we lose the race for Ginn and T. Smith, who's left?

Eddie Royal comes to mind. Doubt he is retained by the Chargers now that they signed Jones.

They played way above their heads last night. 60+ % from three. They simply don't have the players. I don't think that's going to change anytime soon with as well as uva is playing right now.

May not have the players now but will should improve significantly into the coming years. Obviously not on top tier level like Duke or UNC but should be good enough to compete. UVA being good has absolutely nothing to do with how good or bad we can be. Nothing. Two straight top 25 classes is pretty dang good compared to where we were with the old coach.

#3255308 Who are the top wide receivers with kick/punt return experience in the draft?

Tyler Lockett from Kansas State.

The old AD screwed it all up with the timing of firing Greenberg. If you're gonna fire a coach, you don't do it at the end of April.

The good news now is that we have a competent AD who went out and got an actual good coach in Buzz Williams. Recruiting has improved immensely already, having 2 top 25 classes since he has arrived. It may take a couple years but I think that we should be competitive in the ACC again eventually.
