You could build around both

Lucks team would be quicker at initial success because of lucks nfl readiness coming in

Cams team would take a little longer to consistently win because he needs to adjust but his teams potential is much higher than lucks.


Can has a legit top 3 arm. Toughest qb in the league behind a offensive line much worse than lucks,and we crew just as bad.

If cam ever gets a legit deep threat, this team becomes borderline unstoppable. Can is rapidly approaching luck in qb development
