Yeah, I'm living in the Milwaukee area & the consensus here is that if they can get into a passing shootout, they'll take it. If Cam stays mobile, its anyone's game.If our D shows up in true form, tthey'll pray for Rodgers working a miracle otherwise their fugged.
I think what he is saying is that merely sitting next to someone with Ebola won't give you Ebola but you can get Ebola if you sit next to someone with Ebola. Seems legit.
I took it as "just being near someone who has it doesn't mean you'll catch it. Having said that, if you are infected you shouldn't take public transportation because if you vomit, have diarrhea, bleed, etc... on someone you have a much higher chance of transmitting."
Let me rephrase because the OP didn't make it seem like that.
But individual rights was listed as a reason as to why the students walked out.
I see, well that list was what the school board wanted the lessons & text to be about, from the students that were interviewed, it seems their problem was with the respect authority, no civil disorder, etc... part.
IMO, history should be a like a candid photograph. If it shows beauty it shows beauty, if it shows sickness, it shows sickness. Trying to clean it up so it shows a golden age of laughs & light does a grave disservice to those who struggled, fought, worked, or even died to correct our course.
So the skinny is a conservative led school board in CO wants textbooks & teachers to teach in a way that "promotes citizenship, patriotism, essentials and benefits of the free-market system, respect for authority and respect for individual rights” and don’t “encourage or condone civil disorder, social strike or disregard of the law.” The students protested.
I gotta say though, I would love to sit in on the part that goes from 1774-1784...
She isn't smart enough to get a copy of her birth certificate.
You aren't smart enough to read the article...
Bah... you'll just keep dancing if I don't walk you through it.
This summer, the couple relocated to the Houston area with their three children for work. With her California driver’s license nearing expiration, Wilson took her documents to a DPS office in Katy last week to obtain a Texas driver’s license. When a DPS employee noticed that Wilson’s name didn’t match her birth certificate, she produced the couple’s California marriage license identifying her spouse as Aimee Wilson.
So... they want two or more pieces of ID with her name.
Her maiden name was on her BC, her married name on all other ID.
They will not accept the marriage certificate explaining the name change .
Thus she cannot get a license because Texas is afraid of catching the gay or something.
