When a DPS employee noticed that Wilson’s name didn’t match her birth certificate, she produced the couple’s California marriage license identifying her spouse as Aimee Wilson.
Her maiden name was on her BC, her married name on all other ID.
They will not accept the marriage certificate explaining the name change .
Thus she cannot get a license because Texas is afraid of catching the gay or something.
