#2956316 Eagles @ Colts Game Thread: (1-0) - (0-1)

An entire 58 yards, take it easy on them the great Luckness. Watch he pad his stats the last 5 minutes of the game against the eagle's prevent defense.

#2944409 So... this conversation about Cam Newton just happened smh

And my friend, this is what this Luck vs all young black QB is all about. Not football. Race. I don't think there is anything wrong with a racist white guy that want his race to do well. But a common theme to all those black QB vs white QB thing is the majority black skill players that catch those passes, defend those passes, run with the ball, etc. Any particular pride of a QB for the sole reason that he's white is at this point just a moral victory.

What I love about sport is that it's fair. If you're not doing well it's because you've been out-competed.

Jungle football, lol. Sounds like someone who's been out-competed and have just words left to carry on.

Teeray should have asked him if he think Luck need more "weapon" around him. Hypocrite motherfuggas!

You're confusing racism with discrimination. Racism is belief in racial superiority/inferiority, which leads to intimidation, discrimination...and, of course, words, lol. Discrimination, the denying or supplying of some valued resource based on some personal attribute, is just one form of racism in action.

Racism can exist all it wants, as long as it's not life altering then it doesn't matter. A racist is just another enemy. Enemies come in all shades and shall be dealt with no matter. Invade my space and territory then it's a problem. Spouting nonsense with your friend where no one can hear means nothing.

I guarantee you if 3 black guys had walk into that pub there would cricket in there. So, it's just words.

People love themselves some witch hunt in this country.

#2935761 If you want to see how the game should be played (Broncos vs. Colts)

And might I add, Andrew Luck sucks. I don't see the "elite" all these writers see. He is missing throws, holding onto the ball long, making stupid throws, etc.

He's a great stat padder. Suck early and play with nothing to lose at the end. This dude is gonna be 'gonna be great' forever. Just like Cutler.

Luck always pad his stats at the end with the prevent defense after all his INTs.

#2926377 GB @ SEA (Scouting these two teams)

Seahawks and Packers.

Well they are who we thought they were!

Packers D is garbage still. All they have is to hope and pray Rogers can pull one out of his hat.

Seahawks are the same strong defense with gimmick play offenses. Still need to let that crap OL spread out to block so lanes pop open for Lynch, and Wilson still needs to scramble around the pocket to find a hole to throw through since he cannot see down field. Use your DL to force the OL inside to close the lanes and then push it into the backfield. Let your backers shoot the gaps on the run and if it is a pass force that pocket to close in on Wilson.

What difference it makes how a qb get the ball to his receiver. You guys worry too much about style of play. Rodgers looked like crap. Had good protection but couldn't get the ball to his receivers.

#2926341 Out thuggish the Seahawks

Posted by Thal on 05 September 2014 - 12:35 AM

Well thugs typically bully and push their victims around before robbing them. Thats pretty much how the Seattle D operates. Our D should act the same. We should out thug/bully/whatever Seattle(and other opposing teams)

I don't think the OP meant thug in the way you wanted it to. Stop trying to connect dots that aren't there in order to create some non existent social justice issue. Thats lame sauce.

I'm sure you won't find a phrasing like that in a hockey related forum. And for obvious reason.

Not sure if we're talking football or some stereotypes.

Let's make this a model to troll other team's forum.

#2906200 This offense will miss Steve Smith

This could have been a contending year for the panthers with Smith. Emotional decisions keep screwing us.

This fan base sure have issues against certain players. God damn! I recommend Hockey, way less stressful.

#2807545 Cowboys trying to replace Lee with Urlacher?

Posted by Thal on 03 June 2014 - 10:50 AM

Makes one wonder if this is a harpo alt?

Kuechly means nothing for an offensive-minded coach. Our #2 defense could not and will not win us a playoffs game. In fact we were underdog throughout the season. I would take a #5 defense for the chance to have a #10 offense. You have your opinion and I have mine. Since you're in love with Kuechly then fug it, Hardy for an elite LT then. I'm sure that should make you a little more comfortable in your skin but for a more pathetic reason unrelated to football.

#2798436 Drafted, signed, waived (all in about two weeks)

Feel sorry for that dude and his family. Nothing worse than getting fired in two weeks with bills and promises around the corner.

#2796503 Manziel Not Impressing

Posted by Thal on 21 May 2014 - 10:03 PM

Sorry. Wrong.

There was a pretty extensive discussion - and defense - of Geno Smith prior to last year's draft. I'm a fan of his because I'm a big WVU homer. Sadly, he had the misfortune of going to the Jets, so who knows what'll happen there? I hope he succeeds, but that team is a dumpster fire.

RG3 has defenders on here too, though not as many. The general consensus is that he's a track guy playing football. Most believe his body won't take the pounding and he'll be out of the game after a relatively short career.

On the flipside, I'm not a fan of Manziel at all. I just know enough about football to be smarter than to make long term judgments based on a couple of days minicamp when a guy is a rookie.

I don't remember people here defending geno. There were maybe a couple of guys who tried their best to defend him but they were pretty much overwhelmed. They don't seem to post here lately. As for RG3, the hatred toward him is beyond reproach and they mostly pretend they're doing it for Cam to mask their motive. I can tell what this fan base is all about. Athletic is not the only thing that bring them here.
