I bet she parks in the fire lane or no parking spot in front of the grocery store for a "quick " trip.
We don't think enough of the other guy and good dudes like us need to keep setting the tone and calling it out.
I went up to a guy parked in the fire lane once with my wife's biz card. He rolls down his window and I go sorry to bug you but my wife is an English tutor. He goes huh and gives me this loom and I point at the no parking his tires were on. Priceless look on his face. I don't mind mixing it up.

I tell my wife that firetrucks must be getting smaller and smaller these days. Amazing how they look like normal cars nowadays.

For once I'd like to see a firetruck pull in to that lane and push the cars out of the way - kinda like a snowplow.

canon has a 50mm 1.8 for around $100. I use it for all kinds of things but it's perfect for family stuff, portraits and poo. It's their cheapest lens, and you can tell in the build, but the picture quality is great. The option of opening up to 1.8 gives you perfect depth of field for that stuff.

get a decent DSLR body and you'll be able to use it forever and buy different lenses for everything you need. Take some time to read about how DLSRs and lenses work and you'll be glad you have one. You might end up using it for other things.

A 60d body is like $400.

the nifty fifty lens is great, but it helps to have a quality external flash to go with it. i use my cheapo 50mm ($75 used) for all portraits on my canon 40d ($300 used) but use a canon speedlite 430exII ($300 new). makes for great, clear images. it can be a bit bulky, but the quality is terrific.

WTF? I worked at ToysRUS while in highschool during 87-88 and I never heard of this game. I was the guy locked in the room where you picked up your games by showing your paid ticket. Those were the days.

Edit: nevermind. I see the above post that only 200 were shipped to stores.

How many people tried to use counterfeit tickets to get games? I bet you have some stories.
